Not a well made shoe

Have used Triumph for many years but decided to try the Guide based on some favorable reviews. It just didn’t work for me. The toe box was shorter and the arch support was not as good as the Triumph. The shoe also did not provide adequate cushioning and was very stiff. Would not buy again. Went back to the Triumph .

The Guide18 wide are comfortable shoes. They are not as supportive as the Hurricane25 wide.

Guide 18 feels way different than prior generation

I wore saucony guide shoes for over 10 years with multiple generations, but 18 feels like a completely different shoe than prior generations. I wish I could still buy the 14-15s generation guides but they are no longer available. The 18 feels incredibly bulky and way too bouncy.

Great looking shoes

I bought this same pair last summer and wear them often. Love the look and feel although they seem tight. I -usually try to get x-wide in other brands. I like the Hurricane's also.
