Saucony Echelon 10 Running Shoe - Men's

I bought these shoes under advisement from my orthotic technician. . . They're cushy, supportive and the styling isn't bad. I'm glad there are wide models. I wish the tread along the heel didn't always snag stones. Also, I wish there are more color options.

Had to buy these shoes for my son. He is 10 and has Down Syndrome/Asd. He wears orthotics since learning how to walk. We love that his orthotics fit and shoe works great for his gate and stability and overall comfort. This is his second pair in a year. He previously has the echelon 10 in white and blue and shoe was already breaking down 4months old. So we went for blk on blk as the white would not clean up. I hope these last a little longer as theae are super expensive for us 😢..Finding shoes that fit for your special needs kids is a daunting task I wish they were more accessible .

Truly enjoying my Echelon 10. Very comfortable and they’re a great look that allows me to wear them to work. I used to wear the nine version and moved to 10 because I was told the fit would be a little better for me as I have a wider foot. I was glad I made the move

I never thought I'd be a "one-brand wonder." My shoe rack has always been a revolving door of brands, each promising to be "the one." For years, my trusty old Saucony running shoes have been my go-to for exercise, silently judging the parade of disappointing footwear I'd bring home for everyday use. My search for the perfect "everything" shoe turned into an epic quest for the shoey grail. I tried countless brands and styles, but each one fell flat. I was at a fork in the road, about to throw in the towel and resign myself to a life of uncomfortable compromises. Then, it hit me with the force of a perfectly cushioned heel strike: Why was I searching high and low when the answer was already at my feet? The brand that had carried me through countless miles was waiting for me all along. A little digging led me to the Saucony Echelon. It's billed as a running, training, AND walking shoe, which seemed to fit my sole needs perfectly. But the real kicker? They come in Extra Wide. Let's be honest, finding a decent selection of extra-wide shoes is a feat in itself; my wide-footed brethren know the struggle is real. I ordered them, laced them up, and I've never looked back. It seems I've found my sole-mate. My search is over, and I'm now a devoted, card-carrying member of the Saucony fan club. Thank you for making a shoe that's a step in the right direction for us folks with wider feet! I am toe-tally sold!

I wear orthotics and these shoes were an excellent fit after inserting my orthotics. I ordered a size 12 1/2 extra wide. It's hard to find that size and width. I appreciate that they were available.

Sorry but for a 78 male walker these are not as good as the discontinued Echelon Walkers that I loved

The sneakers are great. Wide, comfortable sole. Comfortable, spacious upper. But the laces spoil the impression. They constantly come undone. No other model has problems with laces, but here I have to stop and tie my laces over and over again.

Saucony says that the Echelon 10 is "orthotics friendly" and they are. I recently had bunion and hammertoe surgery and still have moderate post-op swelling. I decided to try the Echelon 10's instead of the other Saucony shoes I had been wearing. The orthotics fit well and the toe box is wide enough for both my 'regular' foot and the one that still has some swelling. The only thing that would make these the perfect shoe is a bit more cushioning. I do a lot of 10+mile hikes on hard surfaces so a little more bounce would be appreciated. Bottom line, if you use custom orthotics or need a little more roof after foot surgery, I highly recommend the Echelon 10.
