Could use more cushioning and they are a bit stiff. Otherwise comfortable and good for walking

Sneakers have changed
I have worn Ryka sneakers for a long long time. I usually have no complaints.
I bought 3 pairs of sneakers recently and the complaint I have is about
the insert. It used to be so much better with nothing to complain about but these last
3 pairs are not up to par...like my other ones. No cushion and they move.and I feel the new
sneakers are also not the same. They feel different and not as comfortable as my older ones.
I know there is a break-in period. But I never had to have a break-in period before.
They even feel a bit smaller than they used too!!

Heel slips
Even though Ryka advertises a narrower heel, the shoes slipped on my feet. They are being returned. It would be advantageous if Ryka made another eyelet (like many running/walking shoes brands do) to tighten around the heel.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Comfortable lightweight great walking shoe. I walk 2 miles every morning and these are my dedicated shoes for walking only. They support my feet well.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Wear out too fast
I bought these in November. They were amazing when I first wore them. Unfortunately, the back of the heel wore out about 3 months in..the support that was great at first is nonexistent now. I continually have to tighten the laces to support around my foot which is not what I expected after the reviews stating they were good shoes for foot surgery patients. I am extremely disappointed in this brand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Decent Shoe

Ryka is a favorite sneaker brand of mine. These are comfortable but my sense is they will not hold up as long as I'd like.

Multiple foot issues.

I have a pair of Invoke's that I absolutely love. They are my go-to walking shoes. I have Plantar Fasciitis, heel spurs, bilateral bunions corrected by bilateral lapiplasty, and high arches. I just ordered and received the Invoke 2 and broke them in by taking a 1.5 mile walk. They are great! I was worried they might change something about them that would make them not a good for me, but no. The only thing I would fault them on is the toe box isn't as wide on these as the originals. I always order the wide width. Other than that, I'll keep buying them.
Yes, I recommend this product.
