Heel Unglued

Purchased these for my son for his study abroad semester. Less then 2 months in his left heel detached. Was so excited to find these boots liked. And my husband has had a few rockports and liked them. Too bad. Trying to find out warrant info.

Excellent boots

These boots have been great for my husband's work. He says they're very comfortable and "awesome". It's nice that they look decent and aren't overly casual like most work boots or hiking boots. We got the grey and I really like the color. He's been wearing them almost every day all day for about two and a half months and they have held up very well. The laces are cheap though - one broke just last week, so I had to buy some new ones. We had them sprayed with the new protectant that was offered at checkout, and that has not held up very well. After about 5 weeks, I noticed that there were some spots on the boots - he's not sure what they're from or when he got them. It's not a reflection on the boots themselves, just a caution not to waste your money on that upsell if you shop at the store. You can get the same or better protection by spraying them yourself at home.

The laces didn't last 2 months

They seem nice, but I'm really not sure. If the laces can't even withstand normal use after almost 2 months I don't know how these will ever last compared to my Doc Marten's. I would have been so mad if I paid full price for these.

Soul Detached after 1 month

Took a few weeks to break in. Got some rubbing on back heal but is normal. However, after purchasing June 10th, the soul on the left boot detached on July 15th. Then the right boot detached on the 19th.

Do not buy

If you’re looking for quality don’t buy this boot. 3rd wear the heel came unglued. Had to glue it back together. Today 2 months in I go to tie them and the lace snaps. Just poor poor quality all around. Have never had an issue with any boots in the past. Quality control
