not available in women's sizing

I wanted a woman's sandal like this. Customer rep and I could not find in store but she said it was available on line and ordered it for me in my usual size. When it came it was a men's shoe and too big. It looks like a nice sandal but on line rep said it is not available in women's sizes. They did not suggest the women's equivalent size. I did not re-order as I wanted a slightly higher heel. Return process so far easy.

These are the best sandals ever.

I was surprised how much cushion these have. Straps, sides and bottom are very high quality and seem strong... should last a long time. Fit perfect at the size requested. Very happy with my new sandals!

Rockport has always been a great product. These sandals are no surprise. Still breaking them in - the straps need to conform to MY feet. This takes a little longer with well built thicker leather, and I don't wear them every day.
