Poor quality
Others are right, the quality of this shoe is definitely sub par. The "leather" looks very cheap. Love Rockport but will be returning this shoe.

Runs Large
Runs large I had to return. I was really disappointed because I have been wanting a pair of Penny Loafers. The quality is great. I am going to purchase a half size down and hope that works.

Nice shoe, but runs large
Lovely shoe. Simple design & extremely comfortable. However, it runs VERY LARGE. I'm always a 7.5M, but I totally walked out of them. I had to exchange it for a 7, and it's still a bit big. But they fit well with socks.

Removable insole
