Sturdy

Heavyweight design, needs to be broken in before wearing comfortably. Durable waterproof leather softened when mink oil was applied.

Breaking In

I been wearing the Tiahawk at work where I spend much of my day walking, usually over 10,000 steps. It took a while to break them in as they were a rubbing near the top side of my big toe, still does a bit. The heel has a good lift and supportive, this helped my lower back. The shoes feel good everywhere else but the big plus is the support that benefits my back. I usually fit 9.5 M and these are true to my size. I recommend these boots, just be aware of the big toe. The weight of the boot is on the heavy side from what I expected with a composite toe but not overly heavy.

Decent value work boot

Although I'm still getting used to wearing a boot, rather a shoe, I like these for the leather, water resistance, and safety toe. Good value for the money!
