Men’s size shoe labeled women’s

I didn’t read the review indicating that the shoes were actually sized wrong so I too ended up with a pair of men’s size shoes that are entirely too big. I have to send them back and get the correct size which is very frustrating. However that being said they are a nice looking shoe made out of quality materials.

Site has shoe labeled wrong

I love these shoes. They’re comfortable and stylish. Only giving 3 stars because the site has them labeled wrong. These shoes are unisex and shouldn’t labeled as womens. I purchased and was sent a men’s size rather than women’s. I returned to store. I called customer service to explain the problem. They were very nice and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I did repurchase over the phone but then after reading the other comment about DSW having the shoe labels wrong I quickly canceled my order. Don’t want to pay a second time for men’s shoes.

These Are Unisex

Since no size guide was provided, and labeled as “women’s” I ordered my usual size (8). In fact these are men’s 8, women’s 9.5. So I must return and reorder. It would be very helpful if this type of information is included in description.
