Never received my shoes

First time buying from DSW, and I must say it was the worst experience ever had. I never received my purchase item. The tracking number I received from my order says it was delivered to my place that was a lie . Also, the shipping was insane. It took a long time to find out that I was just going to get scammed to yourself a favor and and save yourself from this headache. Don’t buy from DSW online.

I bought these for myself to wear to work. I wanted a black, basic sneaker that I can wear, even in an office setting. They are classic, so I like them. Very comfortable. Highly recommend. Fits very well. The $30 off coupon was a major incentive.
