I ordered these twice, at the store. Both times the warehouse mailed me the wrong size. For some reason the warehouse can't seem to get the size right on these shoes.

Sizing/Stock Issue

I dont understand what's going on with DSW and these shoes. I ordered a women's 8.5 and a mens 8.5 was delivered. Came and read the reviews and its happened to at least two other people over a month ago. Came to the listing after returning to see if my size was in stock near me and it says they are at the same store I just returned mine too so I'm willing to bet its the same pair

They sent me 4 pairs of the Men's Size after even calling to confirm the right size. It's been a nightmare dealing with customer service on this. They are not helpful at all. Great shoe but buy from anywhere else.

Website/Order Fulfillment Errors

Unfortunately there is a sizing problem on the website for this product. I ordered a women's 10.5 and was sent a men's 10.5 twice. I decided just to return the second pair and look elsewhere for black sneakers. The store was great, gave me a discount on the second pair but the same wrong size was shipped and they aren't sure how to get the right size ordered. Very sad, these are very cute shoes.

Love these shoes! The colors are great and the comfort is wonderful! I bought the blue/pink for my daughter and came back and got the green/peach for me! They are alittle big, but they are so comfy that I kept them and have worn them multiple times! Highly recommend!!!
