Pre-Worn Shoes

I received these shoes today (Oct. 29, 2025) at 10:57 am. They look to be a returned item. They are dirty on the bottoms and the insides look to be previously worn. I would think before an item is shipped to a customer, the preparer would check to make sure there is a left and right shoe in the box. At which time you would have noticed the dirty shoes. I read a prior review that this happened and I just couldn’t believe it but yes, this happened with my order. Needless to say, they will be returned today! I can’t give a full review as to size or comfort at this time.

Recieved Shoes That Had Already Been Worn 😡

It has been a while since I’ve purchased shoes from DSW. The inventory has not been that great. Saw the Club C5 in the color that I wanted and made the purchase. To my surprise, I was sent a pair of shoes that had been worn from the DSW Returns department. I only know it was the Returns department because of the ship from address on the label. When I took the shoes out of the box, they had a smudge of dirt on them on the inside of the shoe! I will be returning them ASAP. To add, they are very narrow and not true to size.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought these as a casual shoe for a summer internship and they were great style wise and for walking. They do run narrow so if you have a slightly wider foot these may not work for you

Way too small and narrow

These were so small and narrow that it was uncomfortable just to try it on for a minute. Really disappointing that they don’t come in wide sizes because they’re a really cute style.
