    The first pair of shoes I received arrived with the top of the Puma box slashed. When I opened it, the shoes were visibly creased, dirty, and missing all of the original tissue paper. Assuming it was a one-time mistake, I exchanged them. The replacement was somehow even worse. It didn't even arrive in the original Puma box, but a flimsy cardboard box. And the shoes were as heavily creased the first pair. I paid for new shoes, not a pair that looks worn, returned, and repackaged. Receiving one damaged pair is disappointing. Receiving a second pair in even worse condition after an exchange is unacceptable. Did I miss the memo? Is DSW now a secondhand store? After being a loyal customer for 10+ years, this experience has completely undermined my confidence in ordering from DSW. I want my money back.

    Dirty Shoes

    I just received these shoes tonight. I opened up the box and they’re nasty like someone has worn them and put them in a box. I have been a long time customer with DSW and I’m beginning to lose confidence in their order process of sending out shoes. I contact customer service, she tells me that she going to send out another pair. If this second pair is nasty. I won’t be doing business with them anymore. They also stink!!!!
