I have not received my shoes. My order was canceled by door dash. And my money has not been refunded. This is the worst experience I've ever had when ordering online. I will never do it again. And their AI customer service is terrible

Ordered online and the shoes ended up being too large to the point the shoe was flopping on and off my heel as I walked. I have a wide foot due to foot issues so I typically size up and this time they were too big so I believe these shoes run large. The band across the foot that makes it the Mary Jane style is very stretchy so make sure your foot fits snug because it does not really have a functional purpose of holding your foot in the shoe. I thought these shoes were really comfortable and had decent cushion and support. It’s a shame I had the fit issues otherwise I would really enjoy them.
