Stitching falling apart after 3 weeks wearing

I received a pair for Christmas 2025 and wear the slippers around the house. Maybe 4-5 hours per day for the last three weeks. They are comfortable but there are two issues; one minor and one major.
minor - the laces dont stay tied.
major - after three weeks of wear the stitching all along the left slipper is coming undone and are almost unwearable,

Runs short. Slipper looks like nice suede. I did return it since it did not fit. No idea how it would wear.

I bought these a few weeks ago and I don't like them. They are so wide i can't keep them on my feet. Otherwise I liked them.

I was very happy to order some mens suede size 12 from this company. They are great moccasins and you can wear the indoors or outdoors. Which is great. Very great price, excellent customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
