I was sent a size 11 and size 12 slipper. Someone thought they were clever and placed an 11 sticker on a size 12 shoe. So frustrating that now I have to take time out of my day to send these back and wait for an exchange.

Was super happy with these at first, but laces broke within 1 month of light use, and top seams totally split within 3 months. They were comfortable while they lasted but was pretty disappointed with the quality.

Was expecting more from a reputable company like Minnetonka. Unfortunately, my husband wore them around the house for a week and the top seam started to split. The shoe is totally coming apart. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because I bought the same pair for my dad and haven’t heard any complaints.

Very comfortable, but after about 2 months the sole on the right slipper is coming apart. I’ll be switching back to LL Bean slippers which had lasted nearly 10 years before I bought these
