Very Disappointed

Need the shoes for a school event and I received used, worn, wrinkled, glue pieces, and marks on the shoes. I was so upset when I opened my box. Highly disappointed I had to talk to so many representatives and even tried calling corporate number for it to keep saying wrong extension and the phone hangs up. I spoke with another representative today who helped me and I appreciate him so much because now I feel better. I’m returning these shoes I wish I was able to take them to a local dsw store and now I’m scared to order from here again due to this issue.y
