Not what I expected from Nunn Bush

It’s sad that I have to do this because I’m really fond of the Nunn Bush brand, but these shoes are horribly made. I bought a pair of similar brown shoes a while ago, and they were so comfortable and durable, so I decided to buy a black pair. Big mistake. Within hours of wearing them, they creased up very badly. The brown strip on the heel started to peel off, and I’ve been keeping it together with super glue. Not happy with the purchase.

Shipped wrong size - already worn shoes.

I ordered a size 9W shoe and received a size 10.5M. Shipping was quick - only 3 days.
The shoes had creases along the toe cap indicating that someone had already worn the shoes. The underside of the shoes had been cleaned. This is not good business.
