Awkward foot slide

These were gorgeous to look at but when I put them on they were sadly uncomfortable.The strap has no give whatsoever and my high arches cause it to be tight. It was also stiff and scratchy. I almost thought of just keeping them anyway because they are beauties but then I noticed as a walked my foot started sliding off the side so that the shoe was slanted and my heal barely stayed on the platform.
