Worn Shoe With Old Torn Boxes

This is absolutely unacceptable! I ordered this shoe specifically to wear to church, and what I received is a worn pair sent in a torn, used box. This is the worst experience I’ve had! I’ve never written a review before, but this is beyond disappointing. I will be returning it immediately and will never order from DSW again.
