Perfect heel height

I love the 2.5” height of the heel; shape is also nice - it’s normal, sturdy and not weird. I’ve always liked the leather with Nine West boots. My only wish with these boots is for the toes to not be so pointy. Nine West, can you please have boot options that do no have pointed toes?

Poor Quality DSW

These boots are beautiful and fit like a glove. Unfortunately I have to return them because they are in such POOR condition. They arrived with no packing or protection and are so worn and scuffed they look like they are someone’s from 2 years ago. This is the third time this has happened DSW. Someone packed these up thinking this is acceptable for a $100+ pair of shoes. I used to love shopping at dsw but I think I may be done. Box is ripped up as well.
