Damaged shipping

Boxing was bad. Was in a plain box… not a nine west box. Boots had no inserts and were just folded.

Need A Wide Calf

I LOVE these boots, but unfortunately, I can’t get them zipped over my right calf, which is larger than my left calf, so I’m going to have to return them. I don’t usually have a problem with normal calf widths. I don’t see a wide calf option. Bummer!

Bad experience: PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE

WORST POSSIBLE PACKAGING! The boots arrived in a crushed box with no packaging tissue. no boots shaper insert. The box wasn't even a Nine West box! The boots arrived in a plastic mailer bag and the boots fell out of the box in transit! DSW didn't even put a rubber band around the box. DSW MUST DO BETTER IN ITS PACKAGING AND SHIPPING!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.
