Beautiful Loafers

These loafers are adorable! The fit is spot on. The sole is a little thinner than I’d like but for work, they’ll do. If I could order again seeing them and trying them on I would order a 1/2 size up for inserts to help with arch and ball support. Regardless, I am happy!
I am however incredibly fed up with DSW’s shipping and payment processing. This company has went down hill in the past 3-4 years. Shipping is always delayed(even with being an elite vip member with 2 day shipping on most things) and the packaging is typically ATROCIOUS! ripped boxes, missing lids, no inner packaging, the dirty fedex outer packaging is nicer! For a multi million dollar company you’d think customers would be better treated. Even some of their customer service reps are rude and short mannered.
It’s a shame.
