I am so disappointed in the Customer Service related to this item. The shoes arrived in a box with the lid ripped off. The shoes had multiple marks on them indicating wear. I reached out to customer service and the representative was rushing the help and kept trying to end the chat before the issue was resolved. Nonetheless, there is no shipment of the replacement item promised 2-day rush shipping. Nor did they email the shipping label to return the worn shoes. Horrible customer service.

Not New - Very Disappointed

I was really excited about these shoes, but the pair I received was clearly not new. They look like someone wore them and then returned them—there were visible signs of wear right out of the box. I’m very disappointed because I truly liked the style and was looking forward to wearing them. Hoping DSW can improve their quality checks so this doesn’t happen again.

Bought them for a trip, I didn’t even break them in before my trip, I walked around for 4-6 hours a day for 5 days, very comfortable! They run true to size. Regular width, they don’t feel narrow to me. Will probably buy them in another color too.
