Not New - Very Disappointed

I was really excited about these shoes, but the pair I received was clearly not new. They look like someone wore them and then returned them—there were visible signs of wear right out of the box. I’m very disappointed because I truly liked the style and was looking forward to wearing them. Hoping DSW can improve their quality checks so this doesn’t happen again.

Bought them for a trip, I didn’t even break them in before my trip, I walked around for 4-6 hours a day for 5 days, very comfortable! They run true to size. Regular width, they don’t feel narrow to me. Will probably buy them in another color too.
