DSW has a terrible ordering system
This is a review of DSW rather than the shoes. I ordered two pairs of the shoes to pick up in store, the website said they were both in stock. We drove to the store and they were not in stock, apparently the website is not updated in real time, how fun. So we wasted a couple hours driving there and waiting just to leave disappointed. Staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my questions, telling me I should have waited for another email saying they were in the store even though the website clearly said they were in stock. I asked to cancel the order and they said ok, never apologizing for the mistake, and when I asked for confirmation of the order being cancelled they said I'll get an email, lol. Why are they emailing everything when I am standing in front of them? I said I was uncomfortable leaving the store without confirmation of a return/cancelled order and the clerk just stared at me. I wont shop here ever again. They sent me yet another email with a 20% off coupon. I would rather pay full price to get decent service. Bought the shoes at Zappos, which were delivered to my house the next day, my son was happy with them!

Great durable sneakers for kids on the go
Great sneakers and made to last. My son plays alot of sports and I have to say they dont fall apart like alot of the other brands he wears. They are great for basketball especially. We keep buying Nike because it fits well plus my son loves all the different styles it comes in. Will buy again!
