I got these delivered and when I opened them there were yellow stains and dirt on them. Dirty and disgusting. So disappointed

I had these shoes for about two years. I like them & they're so cute. The only thing is that they are uncomfortable; after breaking them in & having them for so long, I hoped it would get better.
