Bought this shoe in XW to fit over my daughter's orthotics, it works well I just wish the strap had been longer to be able to fit over the orthotics. I ended up cutting the strap off.

I bought these blue and green New Balance Fresh foam for my grandson. He loves them! Great fit and support. Lightweight and easy on and off with Velcro. He puts shoes through a log and these are very comfortable he says , they hold up well and are in his favorite colors.

Shoe starteddfalling apart after about six months of use. The adhesive connecting the velcro to the strap wore out and the insoles were worn down. New Balance offered 25% off the purchase of a new shoe. We'll go elsewhere.

Velcro issues!

The Velcro on these shoes stop working within a few weeks. I’ve never experienced this in kids shoes before, this is a significant design flaw. apparently, other families we know have experienced the same thing, we just did not check in with each other before ordering. I mean, who would do that with shoes, but point is this is a known issue.
