My husband has many pairs of New Balance shoes so we ordered that size again online. They are a half size too small! They arrived in a beat box held together with a bunch of tape. The shoes were just thrown into the box with no tissue paper or cardboard forms in the shoes. This made me think these shoes were returned. They also arrived with a security tag attached! I called customer service and had to deal with an AI fake customer service representative that DSW is trying to pass off as a real person. This couldn’t have been a worse experience. Now I’ll have to go to the store to return them, which is very inconvenient for me. This was my last order from DSW. It’s just way more trouble than it’s worth. No customer service, and the shoes arrive in suspect shape. No thank you DSW.
