This is my first time purchasing the 997 series, but it still lives up to the comfort level I always look for in a New Balance shoe. It's well cushioned yet not bulky or heavy. I would buy this one again for the price.

I LOVE the 997H. This is my 2nd pair (different color scheme) and I never repeat a model! One of the cleanest NB silhouettes of all time. Light and comfy.

Great comfy shoes-worn daily. Nice to have some wide options too. Highly suggest. Wish they would be included in the sales/discounts since I purchase many times a year.

Bought the gray and white ones last year, they held up fairly well and were much more comfortable than lower priced NBs. So I got these black and gray ones the other day. Wear them at work where I’m active most of the day.

I bought them online went in store to pick them up didn’t make much of looking inside the shoe but when I got home they didn’t come w the inside soles
