I ordered this shoe in a womens size 6.5, they arrived and were quite big so I did an exchange online. This part was super easy to do. I then ordered a womens size 6, they came and were still too big. I looked at the tag and they sent a Mens 6 (womens 7.5 - I am suspicious this is what happened the first time as well, and I just did not catch it). I called customer service at this point and they said online they were out of stock of the size I ordered, and instead of showing out of stock so I could order something else, they "sent a size they thought would fit." Customer service then said they would need to charge me to return the shoe, and I would need to call back once the shoe is in the mail in order to have the return shipping refunded to my card. Poor customer service, just mark the shoe as unavailable. If i didn't have gift card to use to this store, I definitely would not be making another purchase.

Great All Around Shoe
Comfortable. Stylish. Goes with everything - you a dress it up or down. Use at the gym or office. I can wear it all day and my feet don’t get tired. Very roomy but you can tighten the laces and it’ll fit more snug. Hard to find shoes like this so I highly recommend.

Great Shoe!
So comfortable! I’ve had these for a while and I love them. Wore them to work for a long time, then transitioned them to my gym shoes. New Balance doesn’t miss on the comfort and quality! I’ve gotten a number of compliments on their appearance as well.
