Ordered these for my daughter because they are good for work or events. Mostly they are reported to be comfortable. And my two daughters appreciate that they come in narrow.

This is my first pair of the Vera Dress Sandal and it's already one of my favorites. It has such a classic style that's easy to dress up or down with, and the heel is a comfortable height that I can wear it for hours.

These are $120 heels that came in a bag, half a box no lid, and clearly used in the store. Unacceptable and embarrassing for the brand and DSW as the seller

I bought the metallic gold leather. My order clearly shows a textured/snakeskin shiny gold leather. Not only was my package slow to arrive, they sent a completely different color. I received a matte gold leather. Even when I go back to website, it still shows the shiny gold shoe?? So disappointed.

Toe strap is too tight

The strap across the toes is so tight that I could only get the tip of my toes through the strap. I am returning the shoes.
