Wrong Size

DSW sent me the wrong size. I called customer service and they said they would send me the correct size. Received the boots and for the second time I received the wrong size again. So I called customer service again. They sent me a 3rd pair of boots which was the WRONG size again. I’m done with DSW. Not sure what’s going on in the warehouse that they keep sending me the wrong size.

Decent boots

These are very nice boots, but they run small. I'm normally a size 8.5-9, but had to buy 9.5. The leather is a bit stiff especially around the foot. The brown color is beautiful
