Terrible CS and Fulfillment

I thought I was buying a brand new pair of shoes. Silly me well the shoes may have been new, they had actually been bought by someone else. Returned and this is how I got it. A destroyed box. I am so surprised that DSW actually sent this out. Shoes thrown in the box, none of the stuffing that should be in the shoes. The shoes are quite lovely however I am very disappointed with DSW. These were expensive and what I got was a crappy box and now I have nowhere to store the shoes

Cute but cheap material that scuffs and peels

Comfortable and very polished. But the faux leash scuffs and peels after a few wearings and then the look beat up. Spend the extra money on real leather shoes.

Comfortable, yet dressy!

I bought these shoes for church and other dressy events and I'm so glad I did. They are not only dressy enough for almost any event, they are also comfortable. I always get compliments on them.

Loafers are timeless..but the addition of the sling back makes this shoe so chic. They are very comfy and the slight heel is great for a wide leg pant bitting slightly below the ankle.

Absolutely loved the fit! They are very comfortable. Honestly I was hesitant to buy because I normally don’t wear sling backs but this shoe has made me a fan! Will be looking for other colors.
