Wrinkles in the leather

When I would bend my toes to walk there were winkles in the patent leather. There were also wrinkles around the heel. I had to return them.

Runs very large!

I ordered this very cute pump in my european size which is 37, and according to the size chart its is a 7 US.
I was so dissapointed to discover that even if they are super comfy and very nice looking, they were almost one size too big, fell off my heel and foot .Final sale so no Returns. Ordering international (Sweden) just doesn’t seem worth it - same happened with the loafers I ordered.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I needed a comfortable black pump in my life. I had a job interview and realized I needed something comfortable classic, and versatile. These pulled through and I’m happy to own them.

Ordered these shoes: material too shines: website said 2.1/4”: higher than that; heels are to high as well: not allowed to return or exchange.. disappointed

Horrible fit for those with extra wide feet

I purchased the extra wide width option as my foot has expanded greatly after pregnancy. They were definitely not extra wide width. I can barely get my foot in and they’re extremely painful. I can’t size up because then the shoe would flop off my foot so I’m screwed. I needed them for a school interview and now I have to find something I already have in my closet because these cause me so much pain.

COMFORTABLE!

I wore these on a New Years Eve cruise. These are extremely comfortable, and I wore them all night walking from my cabin throughout the ship. I normally go for only a couple of brands when it comes to comfort, but these are right there at the top! These were also the perfect height for lots of walking. I definitely will be checking out their other shoes!

I have always wanted to hear heels but I have a wide foot and could not wear heels. They are tight at 1st but now that I have worn them a few times I love them!
