stylish and cute.

I love the boot. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Since I ordered my 1st pair a few weeks ago, I've had sn accident and cannot zip the boot. My black snd brown pairs are beautiful and feel so comfortable. I know the extra wide would look stylish and be great if I were not injured.

Boot was to shiny and looked to much like a rain boot. Fit was great..but returned do to appearance.

Love these boots. I purchased them in 7.5W - XW Calf and they fit perfect. Leather is nice and soft, boots are very comfortable.

This boot is beautiful and sexy. The chocolate brown suede is soft. The regular width calf fits so well. The boot is dressy and looks great with all outfits.

I fell in love with these boots and had to have them. I ordered them in my size and they were too small. So I proceeded to order the next size up and on two separate occasions was sent the incorrect size. I really wanted them so I tried a third time and luckily was sent the size I ordered. They are very comfortable and the heel height is very wearable. I love that they sell different widths and calf widths!

The first time I ordered these, I got the wrong size combo (wanted wide calf and extra wide feet, got the reverse). Customer service were very helpful in making it right, and the next pair I received were the right size, but the packaging was a MESS. Not only did it not come in an official box from the brand, it seemed like they just used a smaller box, with no lid, and threw it into a plastic mailer. The box is flimsy and was bending under the pressure from the plastic mailer. Worst of all, there were no inserts in the shoes at all to help them hold their shape, and they were folded in order to fit into the sneaker box, because obviously the box was too small for the boots. So they came crumpled. DSW, please please train your packaging department on appropriate care, because frankly this is not what I want to see especially when buying a fairly speedy pair of genuine leather boots. I think I will have to return and buy from Naturalizer.

Cute but too narrow

I initially purchased these in size 9, medium width + wide shaft, and was dismayed to find that the footbed was entirely too narrow as was the supposedly wide shaft. The boot is so pretty, though, that I reordered it with an extra wide shaft + wide footbed. I hope the larger proportions make for a better fit.
