I fell in love with these boots and had to have them. I ordered them in my size and they were too small. So I proceeded to order the next size up and on two separate occasions was sent the incorrect size. I really wanted them so I tried a third time and luckily was sent the size I ordered. They are very comfortable and the heel height is very wearable. I love that they sell different widths and calf widths!

The first time I ordered these, I got the wrong size combo (wanted wide calf and extra wide feet, got the reverse). Customer service were very helpful in making it right, and the next pair I received were the right size, but the packaging was a MESS. Not only did it not come in an official box from the brand, it seemed like they just used a smaller box, with no lid, and threw it into a plastic mailer. The box is flimsy and was bending under the pressure from the plastic mailer. Worst of all, there were no inserts in the shoes at all to help them hold their shape, and they were folded in order to fit into the sneaker box, because obviously the box was too small for the boots. So they came crumpled. DSW, please please train your packaging department on appropriate care, because frankly this is not what I want to see especially when buying a fairly speedy pair of genuine leather boots. I think I will have to return and buy from Naturalizer.

Been searching high and low for boots that fit my calves! Most brands won’t zip and others extra wide are too large that they don’t look right. These are absolutely perfect, stylish, and comfortable! I may even get a second color! Also very high quality- they have that amazing leather smell!

Beautiful boot! However, I returned it because there was a flaw in the shaft- the material was rippling. Otherwise, I recommend this boot highly.

For the plus size girls with wide width, extra wide width, wide calf’s and extra wide calf’s doNOT shop with DSW. I ordered 2 different sizes (to be exact: I ordered 7.5 extra wide shoe width, with wide calf) instead I received 7.5 wide width with extra wide calf. On the 2nd pair I received the extra wide calf again. The select options and lack of employee knowledge on the website should be studied. Two orders and they get it wrong.

The design of these Naturalizer boots is beautiful, the shape is elegant, the heel height is perfect, and they are genuinely wide enough for my wide feet. With proper insoles, they would likely be comfortable. However, the pair I received arrived in unacceptable condition. They looked worn, came without tags, and were packaged in an unmarked box. The leather was scratched, stretched out, and had lost its sheen (flash in the photos adds sheen), unlike the brown pair from the same order, which arrived tight, smooth, and clearly new. There were also multiple creases in the toe box area and along the shaft, further indicating they were previously worn. The overall material quality is also disappointing. The leather is very thin, and the zipper is a low-grade plastic that doesn’t match the price point. The construction feels aligned with a $75–$100 price range, not the listed ticket price. Overall, very disappointed with both DSW’s fulfillment and Naturalizer’s quality on this item. Given the condition, this pair should have been heavily discounted as a clearance item. This is the first poor fulfillment experience I’ve had with DSW.

The boots run small! The extra wide calf doesn’t feel extra wide and the footbed bed is narrow fit! Naturalizer what were you guys thinking here. The ankle is too small, the amount of space for your leg would require at least an inch or smaller to close the boot. I don’t believe it’s extra wide maybe wide, but then at that rate you would be around 16in calf to fit the wide calf. I’m disappointed and sending them back.

Will be returning but these are really cute, decently comfortable (bit too much of an arch for me) but for my 5’6” self/my leg length, the front part sort of “caught” on the front of my knees? Not a huge deal breaker but since I’m Texas based I wasn’t planning to always wear these with tights and thus it was catching my knee-skin (which is not something I usually think about, lol!)

Accidentally ordered the regular calf wits, but surprisingly they fit! I have larger calfs up to 16, but these zipped up no problem. Actually, they make my legs look so slim! Super comfortable, and was able to work all day and then. Thank you Naturalizer!
