I love this shoe and Im surprised the ratings are not higher. The leather is beautiful quality, I got the red and it reminds me of red wine, and these shoes offer me good all day long support! True to size normally a 9 and broke in within one day.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I order this shoes 3 times, not one, not two but 3 times size 7.5 WIDE and the three times they sent me 7.5 medium even though the box read 7.5 W. It was a very frustrating situation because I love the shoes and the color is perfect for I was looking (red wine color) and the sad part also is that I lost my VIP points. Made sure to train your employees to check the shoes size with what the boxes show, that way your clients don't suffer the consequences.

Size up tho! I’m exchanging for the next size up as they were a little bit tight on my toes. They are great quality and the brown suede is gorgeous
