Wrong shoe
The same thing has happened to me as the other reviewers and I've been sent the wrong shoe twice. The tag on the shoe does not match the tag on the box so I think there's something wrong with the manufacturere or DSW distribution center.

Wrong color
Ordered these for my toddler and got the rainbow colored ones instead. Called customer service and they said they’d resend them out and I got the same rainbow ones mailed to me a second time. Just skip ordering this color from them

Dumb DSW
Have tried to get these shoes 3 times now. The first two times they sent the wrong shoe color- The ombre rainbow that is pictured in other reviews. The third time, They sent me a woman’s black leather flat. DSW is incompetent. Please remove the shoe from your website.

You won’t get the right color shipped to you
Don’t order these from DSW. I have been sent the wrong color native shoes now 3 separate times. While I love Native shoes, they are the perfect summer kid shoes, unless you are ok accepting any color or style regardless of what you ordered, you’re better off ordering from Native directly. Such a bummer

Entirely different in person
They keep sending me the wrong shoe. I’ve purchased this and they sent me the ombré so I emailed for an exchange and they sent me the same pair of rainbow ombré shoes. They don’t actually seem to have these in stock.
