It doesn’t stay on your shoulder alone

The bag doesn’t stay on my shoulder without you having to hold on to it. It often slips off your shoulder especially with a jacket or coat on. If you carry multiple bags, this is not the bag to use. I regret buying it. It’s not want I expected it to be.
