Cute, but poor quality and slippery!

These are cute, but the quality is not it. Mine arrived with a cloudy gem and a white thread sticking out near the toe on the left heel, which makes them look cheap and defective right out of the box.
For the price, this shouldn’t be happening. It feels like a lack of quality control. I’ll be returning them and hope they either mark these down or send them back to the seller for repair.
After trying them on, they felt very slippery to walk in. It honestly felt like if I stepped wrong, I could twist my ankle. I know the height is new for me, but I still expected better traction from the sole.
They also aren’t very breathable, so I could see feet getting sweaty after wearing them for a while. The shoe itself isn’t flexible, so if that’s something you’re looking for, these aren’t it. They also ran a bit large on me, even in my usual size. If they weren’t buckled, I feel like they would almost slip right off.
I was really disappointed because I bought these for a trip in May to see my partner, and I wanted something cute to match my dresses.
