HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service! Was told the item would be ready for pickup yesterday. It was “still being processed” when I went by. I called customer service when I got home and the rude rep reassured me it would be ready this morning and I was about to leave to pick up my order when I received an email that the order was cancelled without a detailed reason! HORRIBLE
