These Shoes

I have purchased Minnetonka slippers before and they fit perfectly. The reviews for these slippers said they fit true-to-size and are very comfortable. However, the slippers I received were a little tight around the toe box. As I was curious as to why they felt short I measured them with another pair of Minnetonka shoes (size 6) and they were shorter by 3/4 inch. So I called DSW and spoke with a customer service representative. He assured me that I could return them and he reordered the shoes for me, honoring the price I paid. I am hopeful that the new pair will fit properly.
