Timeless Shoe
The perfect shade of blue, the perfect heel height, but just a tad bit tight around the toes. It does take some walking around to break them in, but they are good as gold after that.

Amazing Heel—Disappointing Delivery
I ordered these shoes on November 15 and received a shipping notification on November 17—but after that, there were no updates, no tracking number, and every time I clicked the original email, it simply redirected me to the DSW app with the same original information: your package has been shipped. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, my shoes didn’t arrive until December 1. When they finally showed up, I discovered another issue: I ordered the cognac pair, but the color I received was cashew. Thankfully, I love the shoe itself—I already own this style in dark brown, so I know they’re extremely comfortable, fit perfectly, and have the ideal heel height for work. My low rating is strictly because of DSW’s poor shipping process and the incorrect order. I’m keeping the pair I received because I can eventually style the color with something in my closet, but I still want the cognac pair, which means I have to risk another delayed delivery. Also worth noting: these shoes do scuff very easily, so you have to be mindful when wearing them outdoors. For that reason, I do think the material could be more durable or the price point adjusted. Shout out to Michael Kors for making a comfortable, affordable work shoe—but DSW definitely needs to tighten up their shipping and order accuracy.

Cute Heels
I bought these shoes a month ago and Wow, they are so uncomfortable! I thought since the heel height was lower than I normally wear I would not have any issues. Within an hour of standing, my feet were hurting. Love the color and the look but If I hadn't worn them outside, I would return them.

Besuriful Shoe
Really beautiful shoe. They are very firm so they need to be broken into. They’re pretty comfortable even for someone like me who has bunions. I did not wear them straight all day but was able to wear them all day and take them off from time to time.

I tried these at the store. I loved the look and heel height but my toes were painfully squished in, as the shoe is narrow. I don’t have a wide feet, but a regular sized and yet, my toes were crowded. Got half size bigger to try on but it was too big.

Stylish, not too high, comfortable
Pulled them out of the box and wore 8 hours at the office without needing a band aid. I'd give them a comfort rating of 8.5. I'd like them to have a little extra padding but they didn't hurt the ball of my foot and didn't squish my toes. I usually wear 8.5-9 and ordered 9M which fit perfect. Some pumps slide off the back of my heal but these didn't do that
