My son outgrew his first pair and loved these so much, we ordered the next size. They fit true to size. Comfortable for running and all outdoor play. Easy on and off. Very durable and easy to clean.

Despite the product description saying it has a rubber traction sole, only the outer edge of the sole is rubber, the entire center portion is a cheap EVA.
The entire sole wore down quickly. Not worth the money.

I got these for a family member who is female and wears an 8 - 8.5 shoe. The kids size 7 fit perfectly. And what a wonderful price for Merrells! Best early Christmas gift I ever gave! Extremely comfortable and look great with jeans and sweats.

I was very excited to try out these Merrell Trail Chaser 2 shoes for my 9 and 11 year old boys. I had heard they were super durable, which is what I need for these rough and tumble boys. Unfortunately, after just 10 days of wear, the tread is already worn much more than I would have expected for just 10 days! The uppers still look perfect, but the tread just isn't holding up.
