I purchased this on the DSW website, and chose Men's size 9 for my husband. The boots arrived today
thrown with a little tissue paper in a broken down box with no lid, inside a plastic FedEx bag. They were a women's size 9. I attempted to contact DSW to return them, as I don't have a printer to print a return label.
The rep said she would send a label to my email address, which is no good as I would still have to print it.
No label arrived anyway. I am stuck with boots that do not fit, and which cannot be sent back, and I am stuck with the bill.

Great traction
These are the most comfortable wintery boots I have ever worn. They have the best traction on any of my boots. When I drive they don’t slip and slide on the pedals. I would highly recommend these.

Oddly uncomfortable
I loved the look of the boot, and the shoe itself was comfortable. But, the front of the boot shaft was SO stiff and inflexible, that when I walked it dug into the front of my calf. I guess if I had thicker calfs or wore super thick socks it might be okay, but they were so uncomfortable to walk in I had to return. I kept checking to see if there was cardboard still left in them, but that was not the case.

Great Warm Winter Boot
I haven’t worn these yet as I purchased them for the cold Michigan winters. The boots feel very warm and comfortable. I trust the Merrell brand when it comes to waterproof, durable shoes that can withstand touch weather conditions. They are extremely comfortable. Being a diabetic, I require extra room in toe box which these boots have. I also appreciate the pull tab to help pull boots on.

Waiting For Winter
I just received and when winter hits, I’ll be ready. As of now, the fit is perfect, feel that the boots will be warm and waterproof.

Merrell snow boots keep you warm
I bought online a few weeks ago for winter travel. They definitely grip well and are very warm. Fit is snuggly with heavy socks. My only concern is the ankles fit a bit too snug. I'm going to try adequate socks but not super heavy and wear a bit around the house. I bought my usual size. They are definitely snow boots.

Used!
Very unhappy with DSW online. I bought 2 pairs one in brown and one in black. They came separately. The brown ones are great, brand new and in orginal packaging.. The black ones are obviously a return. They have been worn, are dirty on the bottom and they have sock lint around the rim and inside. Most likely I will donate them. I will not be dealing with DSW online again.

Perfect for me
I picked these up a couple of weeks ago. They were so comfortable I wore them out of the store. It was a cold wet day and my feet stayed dry and warm and so comfortable.

Wide Ankles & Zipper Falls Down
I bought these for my honeymoon in Iceland. I wore them once, and noticed that the zipper does not stay up around the ankle. It comes down when you walk. I really wish I could return these, but don’t have the box anymore.

Save your money and time
Not waterproof! And return policy won't take back worn shoes. Stick to shopping at rei for hassle free returns should you buy a product that doesn't work out

Nice Boots
I really liked these boots. I'm a big Merrell fan. Wear a 7 and they fit true to size. Comfortable and good support. I ordered 2 pairs of boots at the same time and I just couldn't keep both. It was a tough decision but decided on the other brand and returned these. If I ever find them on sale I would buy them again.

Great Boot
Luckily hvnt had to pull these out much yet this winter but these are very comfortable boots with great arch support-I’m ALMOST looking forward to snowy weather lol
