These are super comfy and not too heavy to wear for someone who does not do the outdoors well and have a bad ankle. Definitely recommend these to any hiking newcomers!

I really like these boots. Merrill is a great brand for me and these boots gave me the stability I need as I recover from an ankle injury. So far the water proofing has held up.

Worth Every Penny!

Just moved back East after a long stint in AZ; clearly needed some winter hiking boots. Merrell does the job perfectly everytime for me, as I have a narrow heel. With Merrell my feet do not slip in the boot; instead, my feet stay dry, warm, and I can focus on the hike. LOVE these boots!
