Recieved Used Shoes

This is my 3rd pair of Matisse Leo sandals and the cognac ones I received were obviously used, missing the stickers and was not in the original box. I also was charged a $3.99 shipping fee which should’ve been free no rush shipping. I even chatted with an agent and they couldn’t do anything about it except refund it after I made the purchase. This just seems very deceptive on DSW part. Wonder how many people choose no rush free shipping and are charged $3.99 without knowing. Shoes are great, good quality leather thongs but DSW needs to do better.

Love these!

These are just what I was looking for. Soft footbed & beautiful suede. Comfortable for casual wear. They do not have much padding in the footbed, so not super squishy but they are comfortable for walking around. I have not gotten them wet, but they do not appear to be waterproof, so I do not plan to wear them to beach or pool. Good value for the price. Would purchase again.

Cute But Wide & Uncomfortable

This is a high quality sandal. The color was beautiful (burgundy) but the toe strap felt uncomfortable and the overall look made my foot look wide.

Gorgeous soft suede!

I ordered these I’m Bourbon Suede. They’re well made and a beautiful color-I have t worn them except around the house but they seem to be very comfortable!
