My toddler loves these shoes. He has a slightly wider foot and these fit great! He lit up when he noticed the lights on the soles

Velcro blown out after 4 to 5 months

I was disappointed with these shoes. They seemed to fit well and they’ve very sturdy, maybe a little hot because they are not breathable but that’s less of an issue in the winter. However, after about 4 or 5 months the Velcro is totally blown out and the shoe won’t stay fastened. My toddler is stopping frequently because his shoe has fallen off and we have had to change shoe entirely. The Velcro has gotten fuzzy and the little hooks that make the Velcro attach has rubbed loose so they no longer hook into the other side. It’s like one big fuzzy strap that won’t connect to the other fuzzy strap. For the price I wanted these to last until the next size but they materials are not good quality.
