Doesn’t “walk” well

Very cute shoes. Feel good. But something about the heel shape causes the ball of your feet to “slap” the floor when you walk. Fine on carpet but on tile and wood they are very noisy. O

LOVE but Trouble With The Order

I ordered these in a size 6 when I got the order the box was literally disheveled and I got a size 6 in the box and a size 7 in the box so the shoes literally did not match the size. So that was really annoying so I literally had to go back. Went back of the store exchange the shoes but then when I exchange the shoes they charge me $10. I told him that this was like their fault and I shouldn’t be getting charged because this is an exchange anyways they said that’s not having an exchange worked. And I literally pulled up the DSW information about returning changes and they still were like. Sorry you need to still pay $10 so that really was horrible. Anyways, they did end up shipping me the correct size, but even then the box was like destroyed in the bottom of the shoes were not brand new like somebody definitely walked around in these and then return to them. I am gonna keep them because they are very comfortable. They’re very cute but come on DSW you get it together.

I bought these shoes after my daughter bought a pair because she said they were very comfortable. They heel height is just right. They look cute with a dress or pants.

I really liked these, unfortunately the straps on top were too tight and these are not for high arches. I don’t consider my arches to be super high but they did not touch the shoe at all.
