I ordered these from DSW and they came in an open top trashy box. The stickers were removed from the shoes and the bottoms were dirty. Also the back strap was so stretched out they wouldn't stay on my foot. Do better DSW-horrible to send that kind of shipment; these belong on your clearance rack or damaged goods. Now I have to make a special trip to the store to return.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Love This Shoe

I love this shoe and have purchased 3 pairs in the black and tan. A pair and a spare for me and one for my daughter. Classic shoe and fit is true to size- although wide sizes may want to try on first. Very versatile and looks equally good with dresses, skirts, pants and shorts. More casual than the counterpart with a higher heel but a definite shoe wardrobe staple.

Back strap too long, but fixable

I bought these knowing the back strap would probably be too long based on other reviews, which they were. $30 to my local shoe repair and they are now perfect. Not happy to spend the extra $$, but the initial price was discounted so I think it was worth it for a timeless (Chanel-dupe) style.
